2025 Conference; Responsible Beauty

The 2025 conference of the Native Plant Society of New Mexico will be held in Las Cruces October 2-5. The conference will begin with a meet-and-greet at Hacienda de Mesilla on Thursday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Friday will be a day of activities, to include regional hikes, workshops, field trips, and garden tours. Saturday will feature a full day of presentations, a poetry reading, student posters, book sales, vendor displays, and a silent auction at the NMSU campus. 

The Native Plant Society of New Mexico strives to educate the public about native plants by promoting knowledge of plant identification, ecology, and uses; fostering plant conservation and the preservation of natural habitats; supporting botanical research; and encouraging the appropriate use of native plants to conserve water, land, and wildlife.
